Manifest V3 compatibility

Every extension PlugThis generates uses Manifest V3, which is Chrome's current required standard.

That matters because Manifest V2 is being removed. Extensions still built on it will stop working, and yours won't be among them.

What's handled for you

Service workers, content security policy and permission declarations are all set up correctly when the extension is generated. There's nothing to configure.
