Refund policy and the 7-day guarantee

If the code we generate doesn't work, email us within seven days and we refund every cent.

What you need to do

Email support@plugthis.ai within seven days of the charge and tell us what happened. That's it. There's no form to fill in and nothing to return.

What happens next

You get the money back, not store credit. You keep everything you've already built, and any extension already on your machine keeps working.

What this covers

The guarantee is about the code working. If PlugThis builds you something that doesn't run, that's on us. If you change your mind about the subscription, you can cancel from your account settings at any time and the same applies: the extensions you've built stay yours.
