If you bought PlugThis on AppSumo, AppSumo handles the refund. We do not need to approve it and we are not able to process it from our side.

Go to your AppSumo account, open PlugThis under your purchases, and use the refund option there.

The window

AppSumo's standard money-back guarantee is 60 days from purchase. Check the deal page for the exact terms on this campaign.

What happens to your account

Your PlugThis account stays. What you lose is the lifetime tier, so your account drops back to the free plan.

Anything you already built is yours. You own the source code and it stays downloadable. Extensions you have already published to the Chrome Web Store are published under your own developer account and are not affected.

Before you refund

If something is not working, tell us first. Most of what people refund over is fixable in a few minutes, and we would rather fix it. Email support@plugthis.ai and we answer within one business day.

If you do refund, we would still like to know what did not work. It is the most useful thing you can send us.
