Fast and Deep: choosing how hard it thinks

Build and Plan have a speed setting with two options, Fast and Deep. Ask does not have one, because it is answering rather than generating.

Fast

The default. Quicker responses, and the right choice for most work. Changing a colour, moving a button, adding a field, adjusting text. If the change is clear and contained, Fast will do it and you will not be waiting.

Deep

Slower, and thinks harder before writing. Worth switching to when Fast has not got it right, or when the change is genuinely complex: several files at once, awkward logic, or something that has to work in a specific way on a specific site.

How to choose

Stay on Fast. Switch to Deep when you have asked twice and still are not happy with the result, or when you already know the change is a big one.

Deep is not a better version of Fast that you should always use. It takes longer, and on a simple change you will wait longer for the same answer.
